AKAD 30th STATE CONFRENCE, KOTTAYAM

30th State Conference of the All Kerala Association of the Deaf – SILENT FEST 09 – will be held on 2,3,4, October 2009 at Mammen Mappila Muncipal Town Hall, Kottayam with various programmes. It is planned to include the Indian and foreign dignitaries to be participate during the conference. A reception committee was formed on the meeting held at Ooty Lodge; Kottayam. Following dignitaries are selected to form the “Reception committee”. Smt.Lathika Subhash former District Panchayath President, Chair Person, Sri.Ragunath, General Convenor, Sri.
