First State Government Deaf employees meeting held at New Nalanda Hotel, Kozhikkodu on 12th June 2010 was established a employees union of Deaf employees who working in State Government service in Kerala named "KERALA GOVERNMENT DEAF EMPLOYEES UNION" (KGDEU).Sri.Nizar Moideen, General Secretary of AKAD is elected as Chairman and Sri.V.A.Yusuf, Secretary of AKAD as convenor of temporary committee.
